
Hi Hunnies!
For the past 19 years I have been creating a positive space for people to move their bodies in an effort to improve their physical and mental health. As a health and physical education teacher and coach I have learned that every BODY and MIND is unique and in order to foster a healthy active lifestyle, you must ensure people understand WHY it is important to move and WHAT type of movement they enjoy so that movement can become an exciting part of their lifestyle!
I discovered my passion for movement and physical and mental wellness during my education at Brock University where I earned my degree in Physical Education Movement Studies. Having gained knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics of movement and how to modify movement based on individual’s needs, are just a few things I bring to the lab. I LOVE encouraging people to be the best version of themselves in all aspects of their lives so that they may have the best quality of life. YOU are important, your body is a gift, and I want you to respect and love yourself! Let's work together to be better today than yesterday! The future is TEAM!
