What is The Movement Lab?

Movement is beneficial not only for our physical health, but also our mental health. Discovering how and when you are able to move, setting attainable goals, and creating a plan to work towards achieving those goals is the best way to GET you moving and KEEP you moving!

 

The movement lab is a unique, aesthetic space where you will move and improve safely and comfortably. In the lab, each individual will have their own procedure tailored to their wants and needs. You determine variables such as: lighting, attire, music, movement type, frequency of movement, and private or team movement. In the lab you will have a purpose, a procedure, and observations will be made and tracked in order for you to track and work towards achieving your goals.

 

Movement is for every BODY. The Movement Lab welcomes and trains all ages and activity levels. Whether you are looking for an edge within competitive sport, or simply looking to exercise in a safe, guided space, the lab is waiting for you! Through proper biomechanics of movement, you will learn how to connect your mind to your body in order to get the most out of your workouts!
